Set Group Permissions
You must have Security - Manage Users permission to assign permissions to user groups; the initial Admin administrator automatically has this permission.
To set up permissions to apply to a security group, follow the steps below:
- Select the Project | Security | Manage Groups menu option. The Security Groups dialog displays.
- Click on the Set Group Permissions button. The Group Permissions dialog displays.
- Select the checkbox against each required permission. Click on the Select All button to select all permissions for the user, or click on the Deselect All button to clear all selected permissions.
- Click on the OK button to assign the permissions. All of the users assigned to this group share in this set of permissions.
