Move a docked window along the edge
« on: March 02, 2013, 08:27:53 am »
I am using the Project Browser docked to the right edge and auto hidden. I want to move it upward along the edge because it's currently the fourth window (Notes, Properties, Tagged Values then Project Browser). How to do that?

Unhide all windows at the right side (using the pin icon)
Hide them again in the order you want it (top down)

It's call EAUI: EA Unique Interface. You probably get used to it...

I'm pretty sure other Windows apps like MS Visual Studio behave exactly the same way in regards to handling of docked windows.

Just to be clear... when a group of windows are docked together, you can change their order by dragging their tabs. But not when they're auto-hidden.
