Self reference in logical diagrams
« on: April 12, 2002, 05:54:52 am »
Hi Geoff,

I'm happy to read that you will address self-references soon.
Kan I kindly ask for the following improvements of self-references in logical diegrams:
1. Allow random placement of self-references around the class box.
2. Let have self-references the line style "custom" by default and allow placement of the association ends on different edges of the class box.
3. Make self-references obey the directional specification (no, one or two arrow head(s), as applicable.

Thank you very much in advance.

Manfred

PS: There is a funny little glitch in the current self-reference implementation: (logical diagram) If you have an aggregation above an ordinary association, and you move the association up and down, the upper line of the association suffers a little hole when in about 5 mm proximity to the aggregation :-) [observed in build 481]
