Check the Model Im-/Export / CSV menu. I'm not using that as I prefer my own add-ins. But AFAIR this can help you.

The last time I checked (I have v8.0) you cannot export tagged values using the Export to CSV functionality. You need to do it as an RTF report. I needed the tagged values in a spreadsheet so I wrote an RTF report template that generated a doc that I could convert to a CSV file by jumping through a couple of hoops.

The ability to import and export tag values to CSV is new, it's available in 9.1.910.  You might also be able to define a tag value search on the package with the requirments and cut/paste to Excel.

You can definitely do a model search on a tagged value using an SQL query  joining t_object and t_objectproperties on Object-ID (I've done it).

Sorry, but I don't think this is going to work out.
You can't expect other to do all of your work; you'll have to do some of it yourself.
(such as RTFM)
