How do I get SPARX to answer an Account Question?

I had my C-drive crash yesterday.  SPARX has to be reinstalled on a BU computer till I figure out what to do.  Here's the rub:  to activate SPARX I need my license key, which is associated with my change-every-year uid/pwd which has been lost because of the drive crash.

How do I get my current UID/PWD so I can look up my key?
How do I get SPARX to answer the email requesting help so I can login and get my key?

Well, you get the license together with your purchase. Once you got it, you need to save it yourself. It's not Sparx' responsibility to take care.

Remember that Sparx is located in Australia, so during the office hours of most of us, they are vast asleep.
I usually get a response by the next day
