multiselecting nested elements
« on: March 22, 2018, 12:03:09 am »
When I have a diagram with nested elements, (multi)selecting inner elements is often a hassle. I wonder if there are other ways to multiselect elements. E.g. by setting the selection mechanism so that elements have to be included completely (instead of only touched as is the default). Or perhaps by selecting all elements of a certain type, etc...

You can either select them one by one using ctrl-click, or you can make the parent element non-selectable.

You can also consider using 'Diagram filters' to select items based on some criteria
