activity connectors in activity diagram
« on: February 20, 2013, 04:49:16 am »
Anyone know how to represent activity connectors (aka edge connectors) with EA?  This is the equivalent of an off-page connector of the old std flowchart models.  It is referenced in the current UML std, but I don't see a way to do it with the current interface(V10).
Thanks

May be you can use diagram gateways for this, not sure.

If you want an off-page connector, drag and drop the target diagram from the project browser onto the open diagram and choose Hyperlink.

If you want a connector to jump from one part of the diagram to another, put at least two bends in the line, right-click the middle segment and select "Suppress Line Segment".
