Multiplicity relationship

I have doubt how can I implement a relation between Employees and departments
as I know 1 or more employee can be located in only one department.
so is the notation as shown in the diagram bellow right ?

please tell me if the corresponding image is correct or not

Logically it seems to be correct. But from a semantic view I doubt that. An employee is always related to a single department. That's how organizations work. If you assign a person to two departments then which is the one in the right if there are contra-dictionary tasks to be fulfilled for that person?

You should think of what "located" actually means.
