"Apply" button for edge properties
« on: September 11, 2008, 05:42:11 pm »
Most (inconsistently) vertexes (shapes) in EA have an "Apply" button on their main properties dialog.  Edges don't (I think consistently).

Is there any reason why edges shouldn't have an "Apply" button?
Otherwise I'll report the bug.

Submit the bug.

Around the time the EA 7.0 beta came out I sent a bug report regarding the absence of Apply buttons on some of the new tabbed dialogs (where the dialogs that previously constituted the tabs had Apply buttons).

No luck.

David

PS: A related bug report, the inability to set or remember the default tab in such dialogs, also went unsolved. Together these two bugs can greatly increase the time and effort to make simple changes (to diagrams, for example).
No, you can't have it!
