Title: Legends on Diagrams - Forgets correct TagedValue
Post by: Mads Kirstan on December 15, 2017, 09:20:50 pm
Hi,

On a diagram, I'm using a Legend the Links to a value like: Domain::MyValue.
In the Legend Dialog box it ends up like: TaggedValue.Domain::MyValue
All elements are colored nicely, I exit the diagram happy.

BUT when I reopen the diagram - the colors are gone. When I open the Legend Dialog box the selected value looks like: TaggedValue.Domain
The field MyValue is missing from the Legend definition - there fore no color :-(

I Hope you can fix this.

Kind regards
Mads.

Hello Mads,

Could you please help me to understand the value you mentioned, "Domain::MyValue". Does is exactly belongs to TAG Value in you model.

Do you mean your tag name is 'MyTag' and it is defined in the profile 'Domain', or is it really called 'Domain::MyTag'? Because if it's the latter, EA will assume it's the former and things won't work. Not a good idea to put '::' in a tag name.
