Title: Can I set icon in the top-right of a class
Post by: Simon MA on December 15, 2017, 10:10:47 pm
Hi,

If a class is of type 'table', EA puts a little table icon in the top-right of the class, is there a way to define this myself?

I've been digging through the documentation for ages, and I can only find a way to totally replace the icon.

The following http://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/13.5/model_domains/stereotypedlg.html indicates there is a way to do this, as it is referring to the built in table stereotype...

To create a new object type based on a basic UML model element type, to be imported as part of a Profile into any model and made available for use through the Diagram Toolbox; examples of extended element types already provided in Enterprise Architect include a Table element (which is a stereotyped Class element) and Boundary, Control and Entity elements (which are stereotyped Object elements)

...but I'm not sure how to do this.

Cheers

The table icon is a decoration defined in a shapescript.

See http://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/13.5/modeling_tools/example_scripts.html (http://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/13.5/modeling_tools/example_scripts.html)
