Copy Image to Clipboard

It is possible to capture a modeling diagram as an image on the MS Windows clipboard for immediate use in - for example - external documents and presentations in MS Word^TM or other applications, or in another diagram within Enterprise Architect.

You can set the format of the clipboard images - bitmap or metafile - on the 'Preferences' dialog ('Start > Appearance > Preferences > Preferences' ribbon option; the dialog opens at the 'General' page).

Notes

• You can scale the size of the saved (bitmap, or non-metafile) image upwards or downwards, using the option on the 'Diagram' page of the 'Preferences' dialog ('Start > Appearance > Preferences > Preferences > Diagram')
• You can also enable and disable Diagram Frames on the images that you capture of a diagram, on the same page of the 'Preferences' dialog
