Designate a Master Repository - EAP

Creating a master repository is the first step when working with Enterprise Architect's replication. This process converts an existing EAP repository to a master repository. This master repository provides a base for creating EAP replicas that can be modified independently and later synchronized back to the master.

Settings > Model > Transfer > EAP Replication > Make Design Master

Take a back-up of the required Enterprise Architect project.

Select the project in the Browser window.

Select the 'Make Design Master' menu option and follow the on-screen instructions.
