Systems Engineering Model pattern missing
« on: September 25, 2018, 05:04:19 pm »
I am trying to create a new Systems Engineering Model from the model wizard as per the user guides, but there is no Systems Engineering Model pattern available. I have created this in the past, but since upgrading to EA14 this has disappeared, the only similar option available is Basic MBSE Project, which doesn't have the example diagrams I want. Where can I find the Systems Engineering Model pattern again?

That would be worth contacting Sparx Support directly.  It's not something other users can help you with.

I've received an answer from Sparx, basically the Systems Engineering Model pattern is hidden because it is part of SysML 1.3, while the Perspective only allows seeing SysML 1.5 patterns. To show it, change Perspective to Manage > Show All Perspectives, then browse until you see SysML 1.3.
