I would still prefer a more permanent option so that I can see all hidden relations in all diagrams untill I turn off that option again.
I think it would be much more convenient to unhide relations via the context menu then through a dialog showing a list of relations. (that option should also be there. The two ways would be used in different circumstances).
I think Mega works that way (though not only for relations, but also for elements if I remember correctly)
