Which is the most appropriate diagram to develop Network maps?

Thank you

It depends what you mean.  Do you want a logical view of the network, or something that lists all the kit (things with serial numbers)?

On type of network view I create uses ArchiMate Technology diagrams.
VRFs and LANs are a Network object.  Circuits are Path objects.  Circuit IDs are technology objects that are associated to the circuit.  A security boundary is generally a device.

Circuits will be associated to 1-2 locations.
