[Sections] Error on retrieving artifacts

This error shows up due to the following reasons.
  • When Prolaborate is not able to get the required information from Pro Cloud Server
  • If there is no content in the database.
If you have loaded the model into EA database, please check the following and try to resolve the issue.
  • Restart the Sparx Systems Professional Cloud service from task manager.
  • Are you able to see the EA model in the Project browser window using Cloud Connection of EA and in the Prolaborate as well?
If you have not loaded the model, please upload the model into EA database and check.
