Theme settings colours bug with 3.2.7.2
« on: July 21, 2020, 07:39:19 pm »
Hello,

I'm configuring Prolaborate for a client. Using the latest 3.2.7.2, the custom Primary and Secondary colors don't work (I still have the blue background colour at the top).
Is this a known bug?

Guillaume

Hi Guillaume,

We tested the feature again and we could not reproduce the issue!

Can you please check whether SavedStyle.CSS file is present in the Theme folder? This file is typically located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Prolaborate\WebApplication\Assets\Styles\theme.

If it's not generated, this issue should be due to the issue with write permission of IIS on Prolaborate installation directory. Kindly set the permissions of IUSR and IIS_IUSRS to give full control for the Prolaborate folder and try again.

I confirm that it was related with a missing Write permission on this folder.
It now works.

Thanks
Guillaume
