Requirement Modeling

Well, I'm just a beginner and I have searched too much time over 2 days of searching and I got nothing.
my problem here is about requirement modeling, I don't know how can I get diagram like that
I saw a lot of videos and a lot of tutorials but I didn't get it till now so plz help me!!

You can be obtained by following steps.

1. Create package in Project Browser
2. Create diagram in the package
3. Create requirements on the diagram
4. Create new diagram
5. Drag and drop the package(created in step 1) to the new diagram
