Sparx Systems is committed to providing timely and accurate support for their current registered users. To help us better manage your support request, we ask that registered users with a current support agreement (see here) use the registered support request form in the registered user area.
Trial users and users with lapsed support agreements may submit support using this form, however, we will always prioritize support for licensed users with a current support agreement.
