Simulate Toolbar
The Simulate toolbar provides access to control options for executing a simulation of a behavioral model's processing through a model diagram. These options enable you to start, pause, stop and step in, out, and over the simulation, and set the type and speed of the simulation.

Start the Simulator for the current diagram or, if the current diagram cannot be simulated, run the Simulation using the activated Simulation script. |

Pause the simulation. |

Step In/Over/Out |
When the Simulation is paused, step over, step in and step out to control the Simulator's execution at the required step in the model Simulation. |

Stop Simulation |
Stop the simulation. |

Set Type |
Click on the drop-down arrow and select the type of simulation to run:

Select Tool |
Click on the drop-down arrow and select from a menu of options for performing specific operations on the simulation script and output, such as Build, Run, Generate and View Breakpoints. |

Set Rate |
Vary the execution rate of the Simulation, between 0% and 100%; at:
