Project Resources

Resources are the people who work on a project. They can be assigned roles and allocated tasks, which enables tracking of effort and estimation of time to complete. You also define the effort, risks and metrics to support resource management.

Resources are added, modified and deleted using the Resource Allocation window.

  • In the Corporate, Business and Software Engineering, System Engineering and Ultimate editions of Enterprise Architect, if security is enabled you must have 'Configure Resources' permission to update and manage project resources, effort, metrics and risks
